Terms & Conditions

PARTIES :

” THE COMPANY ” shall mean Premiere Driive Vehicle Fleet Management.

” THE VEHICLE ” shall mean the Car of the customer the person who request for services.

“Premiere Driive” is a member of the Company’s Staff / Out Source employed for the purpose of driving the customer from Pick Up Point to Drop Off Point using the car of the customer.

SERVICES:

The private driver responsibility is limited to driving the customer from Pick Up to Drop Off location using their own car as per the Service Agreement.

DOCUMENTS:

The vehicle documents like Registration and insurance should be checked by the customer owner of the car.

LIABILITIES:

The Company assumes NO LIABILITY on any kind of Damage, Theft, Fire, or lose of any precious personal belongings in any case.

TECHNICAL FAULT:

The Company will not be responsible for any Damage Accident Injury or Breakdown and it parts due to poor condition of the car and Mechanical Technical Issues. The Company will not take the responsibility or liability for defects in Customer’s Vehicle, which render the vehicle unusable where the same is proved and to the extent that is proved to be caused by the Company’s Negligence.

ACCIDENTS:

The Vehicle is properly covered by insurance and customer has agreed with the same. In case of any accidents, or damage of the customer car while offering services The Company’s liabilities are limited to those stated in the vehicle insurance policy as per the Motor Insurance Authority of the UAE.

DANGER SITUATION:

Premiere Driive has the right to stop the car and discontinue the service if customer misbehave mistreat him in anyway that could endanger the life of Premiere Driive, Customer, and other People’s.

BREAKDOWN/ RECOVERY:

In case of vehicle breakdown during the journey or en-route to customer destination, the Premiere Driive will try to make alternative arrangements at the Company’s discretion. Refund may not be made for the uncompleted portion.

MISSED / DELAYED:

The Company does not take responsibility and liability for missed / delay in appointments due to Traffic Congestion / Vehicle Breakdown / Weather Conditions.

REBOOKING / CANCELLATION:

The Company reserves the right to change prices whether or not it gives notice of its destination to do so. A charge will be payable by the Customer in the event that the Customer cancels or amends a booking within less than 1 hour of the agreed time.

SAFE JOURNEY:

The Customer agrees that in order to ensure both his/her and the Premiere Driive safety on the road, he/she will not cause any distraction while the service is in progress.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

The acceptance of the service constitute acknowledgement by Customer that they have read and agree to the foregoing contract.

CLAIM / REFUND:

The Company’s Maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of fare. If Customer got any Traffic Violation Fine or Accident at the time of our service, please report to us or send email on “premieredriive@gmail.com” as soon as possible but at least within 7 days after completion of services.

REPORT FAILURE:

Incase, customer failed to report in 7 days after the incident, we shall not be responsible in respect of any loss, damage, alterations, delays, including traffic violations.
